Placing an order
Once you have placed your order with us, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. It contains all the information on products, prices, billing and delivery addresses.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must contact us directly by email to: info@nordicfeedhorseline.se
Delivery
Nordic Feed Horseline normal delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are sent at the earliest on the following working day.
When orders are high, delays of a few working days may occur.
If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you can contact us by email:info@nordicfeedhorseline.se.
Uncollected parcels:
We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of €179 for a package that is not collected. The shipment remains at the collection point for 14 days before being returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it as described.
Prices
All prices in the webshop are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust the price due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the goods you have ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify your regrets. The message should be sent to us at: info@nordicfeedhorseline.se
The message must clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to be returned.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, therefore the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling the withdrawal (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). The fee for return shipping in case of withdrawal is 179 kr.
We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement amount a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that have the nature of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been specifically tailored for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed to the start of the service without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and grievances
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.
How do you go about making a complaint?

Where you provide your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We provide return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not found to be defective in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to the products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to make changes to the conditions at any time. Changes to the conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted when ordering or visiting the website.
Disputes and team selection
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
